About Tara

I have had a lifelong interest in natural therapies, having worked in the health food industry for 7 years and always seeking to use complementary or alternative medicine where possible.

A few years ago, I made the decision to follow my heart and study in the natural therapies field. I chose massage therapy as I really believe in the power of touch, and I've seen first-hand how people's lives have been changed by massage. It took me quite a while to bring my dream to fruition, but I finally threw in my corporate job to study massage full-time, and have plans to further my education in other natural therapies in the coming years.

As well as running my mobile massage business, I have also had experience working in a clinical environment, alongside a Chiropractor, and also in a reputable Day Spa.

I am a member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (member number 20673), holding a Diploma in Remedial Massage from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. I hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate and am also fully insured with Medical Malpractice and Public Liability insurance.
